Rating: 5/5 Functionality (Advanced features, integrations) I also toyed with some additional Bria settings, that allowed me to change my presence status, IM members of my Bria Team, create virtual conference rooms, hide my phone number, transfer calls, record calls, and place callers on hold. The UI of the Mac client is clean and intuitive and allowed me to add contacts to groups, create favorites, and view my call history. I then tested Bria by making calls and picking them up inside of LiveAgent, and each time the software worked perfectly. Once the client was installed and Bria was ready to use, I went a step further integrated it with our helpdesk software, LiveAgent.
